1. How To Shop

How to find what you’re looking for ?
There are two main ways:
1) Use the Search Box on the top right-hand side of the page. Just type in a keyword.
2) Browse the Product List to find the items your would like.

How to buy
To purchase the items you are interested in simply enter the amount you want to order in the small box above the 'add to cart' button and then press 'add to cart'. The item will thern appear in your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping simply press the ‘check out’ button and follow the prompts.

Payment options
We accept All Direct Bank Deposits, Cheque's, Cash through Money Orders, PayPal aswell as All Major Credit Cards through our intergrated PayPal module.

Once I’ve ordered something, can it be changed ?
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item, please call us ASAP on 3285 1479. If we haven’t already processed the payment then we can change or cancel the order. If we have processed the payment, then you are welcome to choose something else of identical or lesser value (any price difference will earn a credit toward your next order). We will not provide a refund.

Delivery Costs are subject to your location and method of transport available.

Dispatch times
Dispatch times are subject to stock availability we have a standard dispatch time of 2 working days (after payment confirmation). If you have any issues with your order please contact us at admin@beadingproject.com.au or phone us on 3285 1479. If at the time of processing your requested item isn’t in stock you will not be charged for that item until it is available for you.

When viewing an item on the website, you are viewing the stock quantity of the item which is correct as of the end of the previous days trading.

5. Setting up an Account
How to set up an Account ? When you hit the Log In button you will be asked if you are a new or existing member.You will be asked to fill out an online form, no credit card details are required to signup. The only time this website will ask for credit card details is when you are ready to make a purchase.

Password Details
When you set up an account, you must create a password that is at least 6 digits. This can be changed at any time.

Account details
You may log in at any time to make changes to your account details.

Logging In/Logging Out
To login to your Member Account you may do so on the home page or on any other page of the website by simply clicking the Log In button at the top left-hand side of the page, then entering your email address and password.
